Where to get emails so i can start email marketing?

I would like to start email marketing. But I´m not much sure where to find soutable emails? Any good idea?

If you're looking for sources to spam ... er ... blind addresses ... unsolicited email, you won't find any answers on this forum.
As not2easy recommends, most folks build their client lists by asking for the user's email address for marketing or newsletters. These are known as OPT IN email lists and are completely proper to do.

I thought you can’t just ‘get emails’ for this as it is spam?
