NATURAL backlinks are your best friend ... building unnatural links can get your site demoted in an instant ... so proceed with caution.

Your sentence seems unclear to me. What do you mean by "making backlink" ? Do you mean to have other sites linking to you, or, do you mean to link back, sites which are already linking to you?
And what do you mean by "There is no reflections in the website" ?

Backlink is one of ranking factor for your SEO strategies. There are two backlink type for you to know, do follow backlink and no follow. Both of them its important if you want to build a quality link. But remember, to build backlink naturally with comparison 90:10. While do follow backlink is 90%, and no follow backlink is 10%. So, before you build a link, its recommended to you first checking the link from the site that you will to create a link from.

Backlinks of any value are dofollow. Getting those is more difficult since g suggested all UGC links be nofollow YEARS ago.
This effectively "broke the web", but at the same time it was necessary as the practice of artificial backlinks was well and truly spammed to the point of ALSO "breaking the web".
These days most sites NOFOLLOW all links, resulting in LESS VALUE for trying to build (as in the old days of the web) links to your content.
