Hi everybody

I was reading about SEO and at the same time playing around with Google AdWords keyword planner. I saw that Google identified the keywords with TM.

So I was thinking what happened if I use in my page (and in the metatags) a name of a company?
Let's say for example the keyword "HSBC branches in Miami" (with the list of the branches of course), is it illegal?

I'm a bit confused

Thanks

in some countries you might not be allowed to bid on trademarked terms with adwords.

the legal use of trademarked keywords in your content and metadata depends on where you are and how you use them.

Using the example above "HSBC branches in Miami" with a web site host in the US?
