if I put a no index, no follow tag, how long will it take to find?

ie how long would it take for Google to find the meta tag and remove the page?

basically, I made a mistake and put a no index, no follow tag on one of my key pages which I wanted indexed, but it was literally for a few seconds before it was corrected. Is this time enough for the page to be delisted or am I okay here?

Divide a few seconds by the average Googlebot crawl interval for the page to get the odds that you have a problem.

Look at your logs and see if that page got crawled during that time.
