Moving site to Joomla

I have a PHP + HTML site built from scratch, about 2 years old and with great rankings.

Is it dangerous to move it to Joomla from a SEO point of view, if I keep the exact same URL structure?

The site has a very simple structure, and less than 10 pages.

there's no reason moving the site from static content to a CMS should have any effect on your site's SEO performance.
the SE only knows what response it got from the server, not how the server provided that response.
maintaining the url structure is probably the most important factor.
the other things that may affect your results is changes in the document (structure) and changes in page load speed.
make sure that you are only indexing canonical urls.
you may have to tweak your .htaccess file to optimize server performance:

it looks like the provided .htaccess file does the file&directory existence checks first and i would fix that for one thing.
