Submissions To Feed Directory - Backlinks To Feedburner Or Your Site?

Hi All,

If you use feedburner for your feeds and you submit your feedburner feed name to RSS directories, is it not right to say that the backlinks generated goes to feedburner site and not your own site?

Can someone please clarify this?

Correct. They are linking to feedburner and not you.

Is it then worth it burning one's feed with feedburner, since the benefit of all one's SEO efforts on feed submissions goes to feedburner and not one's site?
