I have a few questions about seo.
Well, i'm planning on setting up 2 sites on the
*Same* server and they are *Both* in the *Same* field.

*The kws are *Similar* with the diference only being one is marketing and the other is seo.

The 1st is a website marketing site offering assistance and the 2nd is a seo site offering a seo product.

Details:

*The sites will Not link to each other.
*Both of these sites will have unique content.
*Both sites will be unique as far as their html code.
*They will Both be on the Same server.

Q.1.
I was wondering if i will *Still* be able to rank *Both* of these *Similar* sites for their respective kws that are both on the same server?

Q2.>>
Will i have any issues as far as being able to rank them for their kws because they are on the same server?

Q3.>>
OR just don't worry about it and market them and it will Not be a problem having them on the Same server and being similar.(I'm Not linking them up.)

Q4.>>
Is it ok to do a one way link to the other.
site 1 links to site 2.

I ask because i have never had 2 sites that were both on the same server and were similar like these and i was wondering if i would have a hard time ranking them or get slightly penalyzed/raise a red flag with the Se's for having them *Both* on the same server.

*I do know that you can have un-related sites on the same server and have no problems.
