what would you choose: selling something of little values and processing more orders vs
selling something of big value and less orders ?

It depends on, among others:
- how much effort/expense you have to expend to process each order
- profit margin on each
- how vulnerable each one is to price changes
- how vulnerable each one is to economic slowdowns
- how vulnerable each one is to competitors

- how vulnerable each one is to changes in consumer tastes
