What about landing pages that mix keywords and Geo Location?

Actually have no choice but to have a landing page (splash page, entrance page, cover page ...), it is the first page the visitor is offered when arriving at your site.

Oh you mean doorway pages, yes Google despises them.
Doorway pages are not a good thing no matter how you configure them.
