This probably isn't much help, but I couldn't find one so I eventually wrote my own and just edit it to accomodate the sites I need it to run on, which is actually really cool, because the Sitemaps are completely dynamic which means they update any time a new page is added anywhere on the sites rather than having to run a generator script to get the new additions in the Sitemap(s).

You could probably have one like I have written for you if you can't write it yourself, but it would be more expensive than using the paid version from xml-sitemaps.com would be... Of course it would also be dynamic and could easily be made to generate dynamic HTML and txt sitemaps as well as XML by the developer, so it wouldn't ever need to be 'run' after the site is updated, which is what I would recommend on a large dynamic website.

By details do you mean how to do it yourself or how (where) to get the script written?

I am also searching this type of tool but all tools are not good one paid tool is very good.

Google lists a number of sitemap generators on its own generator page. Has anyone tested them out and found the best one?
