a little ..but .. less than those hosted from UK servers and from UK sites ..unless the viewers are in arabic speaking countries ..and with english ID on their machine and their browsers ....in which case they'll carry more weight ..at the moment ..today ..with the way GOOG works today ..

of course if your viewers are from arabic speaking users in english speaking counties ..and with browsers Id in arabic then the equation alters again ..

- sites I want to link from are hosted by US servers.
- The language of the sites is Arabic.
- The keywords in the anchor text are in English.

.. Will that help serps a lot or little, especially for the keywords I use in the anchor text ?

better would be arabic sites hosted on arabic servers ( even if the anchor text was in english)..if the eventual veiwer you were presenting serps to was searching /reading in english browser Id english ..and sh(e) was in an arabic speaking country ..as detrmined by geo ip

searcher browser language and searcher country ..trumps all

followed by site hosting country and language

followed by link site language and landing site language

closely followed by link site/page language and landing site language /page language

closely followed by anchor text language / site language / page language ..to landing page / text / page language /site language ..

the simple permutations listed above are called the algo ..which is more complex again ..

any on topic same language anchor link text works in your favour ..similar subject surrounding text on both sending and receiving page is even better ..
