What do you do if your site is still under penalty after sending 2 reconsideration requests and you don't have a clue what the freak show is wrong?
Is it time to leave the domain name and move on to a new domain?

how long have you waited? I've noticed some google penalizes takes 2-4 months before the ban is lifted.

I have waiting for quite a long time plus submitted reconsideration requests twice to google.. I want to know if it would be a good idea to switch the domain name? The site is a heavy eCommerce site so switching will take a lot of effort.. just wanted to be sure if this was the last resort or there is anything else left to do.
