I launched a relatively large website 12 months ago & it started ranking almost immediately. 4 months later search traffic dropped dramatically. I hadn't touched the website at all, so I assumed this was some sort of delayed sandbox & waited patiently. Another 4 months passed & all of a sudden traffic came back at twice the level it was previously... for a week. Then nothing. It's now been a year & my patience is wearing thin. Any ideas?

To clarify, 99% of the traffic is from Google organic. There's been no other major traffic sources.
