Hidden Text On Website Using CSS

Could you please, if possible, take a look at this website:

As you will see, at the head of the page next to the product image, you will see a couple of paragraphs of text as the product description...
Further down, you will see different purchasing options.

If you View Source, or view the page without the css style sheet, you will see what I would call hidden text that isn't shown to the visitor, but is seen by the search engines.

Is this hidden text? Could I have a good, strong case for reporting this to Google and so on?

What purpose does the additional text serve? Is it inconsistent with the visible text? Is the intent to mislead? Is it just bad coding?

Yes hidden text is bad, but does it give this page a unnatural advantage?
