I have articles from my site presented on the faceobook Do the my site loose google ranking because of duplicated content ? (ie. same articles on the site and the facebook)

No, you will not lose the rankings. But the same articles posted on Facebook or elsewhere will do no good to your SEO efforts as the same article on your site is already indexed.
