I am naming some categories and have the issue of duplicating a word. for example:

City1 <Service>
City2 <Service>
City3 <Service>
City4 <Service>
City5 <Service>

and so on (x30 ish)

Should repeating the <Service> keyword in the nav be avoided? I am well aware of duplicate content being an issue but wonder if this is an exception. Without the repeated word it doesn't have much context and isn't a valid keyword phrase

Would appreciate any response
Thanks, Grinners

Excessive use of a keyword in navigation text and/or repetitive anchor text - above a certain percentage - can potentially cause problems.

Put a plain vanilla text page up that's robots excluded, with "dummy links" and a sample of page text, and run the numbers to see what the number of occurrences and percentage is. The Firefox plug_in is good for doing that.
