Small traffic amount

What I'm doing wrong

Hello, I own a domain about 1.5 years, it is news aggregation site. PR of site = 3, I have near 350 back-links, site is listed in DMOZ and Google Directory, but traffic amount is 10-20 unique users per day and no more :((.

Please, since I'm newbie in SEO, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how can I improve user amount on my site.

News aggregation with RSS feeds doesn't give you a lot of unique content, which is what search engines want.

Your site has a lot of potential then, so start writing UNIQUE content now.

Like everyone else wrote here, the best thing you can do is add some unique content to your site.
