However, many times the page their article ends up on is a pr of 0
other times they get a pr link of 1-3
this happens with the same article website.
Is it just luck of the draw?
Almost invariably, you'll be better off publishing the article on your own site, then searchers arrive directly at your door - not someone else's.
Think about it: Who benefits most from farming, the farmer ... or the turkey?
