But it can matter in URLs (depending on servers) - safest to use all lower case.

There are cases where they DO serve different results and they've stated that they will serve different results for capital VS. lowercase when they deem it to have a factor in relevance.

I caught them a couple of months ago manipulating the results nearly live. A search for google produced the expected results. A search for Google had a wiki article at number 3. I mentioned it on here and within a few minutes that wiki listing was gone.

I still find evidence of different results depending on capitalization, but I've learned to keep my mouth shut ;)
