suddenly i found my site rankings got down for particular keywords on SERP'S so i think by making regular changes in onpage optimisation only my rankings got down is iam right? or any suggestions from your anyone
your experiences , views are most welcome to put in here
Tinkering with tags won't ever do any favours, and can certainly hurt. Why do you do it? What advantages have you been told it brings?
Much better to add pages to the site to cater for extra keywords, rather than force existing pages to 'double up'.
Better in so many ways.

Why would change these on a regular basis?
well if you have a news site for instance, that would be a very good reason to change them as often as the news changes.
I'm not sayng these changes should never be made, but that you should take care with them, and be aware of the disadvantages as well as the advantages.
In most cases, in my view, 'news' would not dominate your index page - it might well on a news site, but a special 'news' page might be wiser on other sites.
Why give Google a moving target to try to scorre?
