There are few things to keep in mind if you would like better search results for your website :--
1.Tilte tag(when you have option for giving the titles for all the pages...den why not use them)
after going through your site..it seems you haven't written titles for your inner pages...so what are you waiting for..start preparing the title tag for all the inner pages ..
2.Meta description(give a little description of the main page and all the inner pages which consists of the targeted keywords of your site)
3.It seems the targeted keywords for your site is nowhere in the homepage content(if website designing and development falls under your keyword list)...
Include more of your targeted keywords in your homepage as well as inner pages contents
4.exchange some links which are relevant to your sites...nowadays there are many similar site in need of link exchange...go for them and bag some points by placing their links onto your aite and yours onto their's.
Start up with these points...
