A developer should not frame web pages, either.

I was asked to consult on a case this week where the site consists of a single page on example.com, example.com being the owner's business name. All the real content including product information and order pages resides on a different domain which they're framing.

I can't begin to tell you what a disaster that setup has been for his presence in the search engines ...
