SERPs

I believe it was Brett_Tabke who coined that one back in early 2000? Anyone have a confirming date and time?

How about other phrases we see used regularly in our industry?

Who Coined That Phrase?

Who coined the term "Search Engine Optimization"? And which was first? Optimization or Optimisation? ;)

Brett talks about coining the term back to the 2000 on his blog on robots.txt [webmasterworld.com]

He says:

I invented the word SERP (Search Engine Results Page) in 2000 in a WebmasterWorld post.

Who decided that what we see in the SERPs (coined by Brett Tabke) would be called "spam"?
