Yahoo vs Google searches for a keyword

Hello,

For choosing the next keyword i want to rank high on, I've always used the Overtune's Keyword Selector Tool. It worked most of the times, but now it seems something's wrong. I've picked three keywords that all have 5000-6000 searches per month, made a page about them, and now that page ranks 6th on google for all of the three keywords.

Now, to my understanding, i should get a share of the searches, but i don't. I get *zero* users from google, for these keywords.

Does somebody know where the problem may be? I know that the Keyword selector tool is based on Yahoo, but I think atleast that much visits gets Google for the same keyword, or am i wrong here? I thought maybe my description is so awful that none of that 6000 searchers end up clicking my link or something, can this be the problem?
I don't know, i'm clueless and any help would be really appreciated!

Same experience on a couple of keywords - the lesson learnt: Overture is a useful hint, not the eternal truth.
