Used correctly, H tags are only good news, for you, visitors and SEs.

Font tags are bad in terms of code bloat (use css), plus have no SE recognition.

Vis3R - I think you're misunderstanding what the H1 heading is for. They're not just for "highlighting" words in your text.

I do understand it's not for highlighting keywords in text. I am using it for organising the document as they're supposed to.
I use it once per page, making the main title H1, subtitles H2 and so on... I was just asking it because i never used them and was wondering if i was missing some points in SE cause of that.
I've already read that link you posted and am using the headings wisely :) .. not spamming keywords and making them Hx
