1-As any keyword
the link will be www.domain.com/subfolder/keyword

2-As index.html
the link will be www.domain.com/subfolder/

3-As Default
the link will be www.domain.com/subfolder/

What is the best choice for SEO(search engines optimization)

Are you asking which of these options would be best for SEO?

a) www.domain.com/subfolder/keyword.html
b) www.domain.com/subfolder/ (option 2 and 3 were the same?)

Unless the sub folder is the target keyword (wasn't indicated in original post), I would go with option A.

If subfolder name is the target keyword,and the name of subpage will be the target keyword also,Will Repeating of keywords affect SEO?
or,if the target keywords is "(Service) Affiliate Programs", can i make follow
www.domain.com/health/service-affiliate-program...any problems here?
