I have on my site a page with a list of products (with thumbnail). When the visitors goes with the mouse over de thumbnail, de picture enlarges. (javascript)

Is this affective on the seo of my site?

Graphics shouldn't affect what search engines see at all.

What happens to the layout of your page, though, when the picture enlarges?... or are you talking about some sort of a floating window?
