Suppose if I have a site about Blue Widgets and Red Widgets. So I reckon the homepage should have Blue Widgets and Red Widgets in the title tags.
Question is if blue widgets is a category on its own and red widgets is a category as well, do I need to have blue widgets in the title tags of the pages in the blue widgets category? Wouldn't it be a repetition of sorts?
Here might be a clearer example:
>Blue Widgets
>>Where to buy Blue Widgets
>>Blue Widgets and me
>>Blue Widgets - Things to Look Out For
>Red Widgets
>>Where to buy Red Widgets
>>Red Widgets and you
>>Red Widgets - I need you!
Would such a series of titles be ok for the pages? Would it be considered duplicate titles or unique titles?
Here might be a clearer example:
>Blue Widgets
>>Where to buy Blue Widgets
>>Blue Widgets and me
>>Blue Widgets - Things to Look Out For>Red Widgets

I'd be comfortable using a series of titles like that. With the variety shown in your list I wouldn't worry about duplication being an issue.
The only place you come close to duplication is in the Where to buy pair, and I doubt that would be a problem if you use a little imagination.
Where to buy red widgets today
Where to buy blue widgets near you.
etc.
