Why should I care about del.icio.us?

Can anyone explain the SEO benefit of del.icio.us? While I can see how something like Digg can increase inbound links, I cannot see how del.icio.us does this, much less how to go about exploiting it for my nefarious search purposes.

Any thoughts? Comments? Knowledge?

well, neither will. they used to. del.icio.us has a no follow tag now. and most the others won't either just because when you post, you most likely wont' likely stay in the same place for too long and be bumped to the second page, especially if you use popular tags.
