"Website" is a compound word, made up of the nouns web and site. Overtures keyword suggestion tool always displays its results for related website keyword searches as "web site", so I never know if the majority of searches were actually for website or web site. So if you have the following in your title:

"Widget Inc Website Design Web Site Development"

Will Yahoo or Google consider this keyword spamming? Or does it recongize "website" and "web site" as two totally different sets of keywords?

I don't think you get penalized for that, but in a hand check, it would be one signal that this site is pretty obviously SEO'd ... something the SE's don't love. Would that be enough to get you filtered or penalized in any way? Almost certainly not. Would it spur a SE site checker to look more closely at the site? Quite possibly. It's all about risk and reward. This, by itself is very low risk.

Well everything else about the site I would optimize like that is totally white hat. So a closer inspection wouldn't really reveal anything negative. So I'll probably try it.
