Finding where competitors submit their RSS feeds

Is this a good tactic for discovering niche RSS feeds?

Is there a quick way of finding out where your competitors submit their RSS feeds ? I must admit I know very little about RSS other than once you set it up, you should submit to the news aggregators etc. But I wondered if it's a good tactic to find out which places your competitors submit their feeds to ? Is it even possible ?

You can submit to the rss aggregators... but many no longer accept feeds or have really high quality hurdles.

Syndic8 may be an outlet. Moreover comes to mind too.
