Sitemap.xml to RSS Feed

Need to create an RSS feed from the sitemap.xml

I am looking for a PHP script that will convert the sitemap.xml file into an RSS feed. Ideally it would have a login and post to all of the free RSS aggregators that don't require a login. Of course I'd like the page titles, descriptions and page content integrated into the RSS feed.

Anyone heard of this?

Thanks for your input

What's generating your sitemap? It might be easier to create the sitemap and RSS feed at the same time rather than trying to re-purpose the sitemap.

This is what I use to create the sitemap:
[xml-sitemaps.com...]
Can't change it, although I do agree with you. It would be ideal if this app created the RSS feed also.

How is your content generated? Is there a way you could generate a feed when you add new content?

A sitemap and an RSS feed serve different purposes. There's no need to have an RSS feed of your entire site. You'd just want to include recently updated content in an RSS feed.
