How to add new tags to the existing feedburner feed , I had been looking for this feature but could'nt help.
I want to implement the similar <image> </image> tag , is it really possible using feedburner .

FeedBurner has a number of optimizations you can select for each feed. That will control the overall look of your feed in a browser. Adding images to feeds themselves would be something you could control by placing them directly in your feeds.
