I am searching for a feed customizer software web based or desktop program which can help me to customize my favorite feeds(rss, atom etc) into my website.

Example:I want the feed to display on a specific block into my website under specific circumstances like 5 headlines with a small partial description, date, author, font size, type and color etc

How can i do these things?Do you have any tips about?
