Help with RSS to HTML

What the heck to do?

Ok guys ive browsed aroundand found a free RSS to HTMl script. This is for a forex website that I want to complete this week.

I downloaded the script and want to add it to my static HTML web page can anyone guide me on how to do this. Step by step.....
Do I create a table in on one of my site pages then what?, I use sharepoint designer by the way.

If the script's instructions aren't clear enough for you I would first check with the author's site to see whether any support is offered. Then I would check to see if there were any support forums or 3rd party forums that discussed the script. If not it may be good to look at alternative scripts.
