Starting RSS Feeds in Blogger

I have started a blog in blogger. I want to add RSS Feeds so that people are informed about the new topics posted. Please inform me how to do it as I know nothing about publishing RSS Feeds.

A step-by-step tutorial will be very welcome

I can't figure it out either. It seems as if Blogger has nothing to do with RSS.

So I join alexsing in being confused.

Blogger uses atom for it's feeds.
How do I change my site feed settings? [help.blogger.com]

You might try adding the following to your blog URL:

/rss.xml

Seems to work with most blogger.com blogs.
