I'm setting up a few sites that will require news feeds. Previously I went with a company that charges about $250 a month for a variety of local and national news feeds. These clients won't be able to swing that, so I'm looking for inexpensive or free news feeds that I can integrate into their site. National news is fine, but I'm definitely looking for RSS feeds related to specific cities or states.

Any suggestions?
