I would like to aggregate some Chinese RSS feeds on a site. There are lots of RSS feeds coming from all sorts of sources with charset gb2312 or charset UTF-8. In either case, my parser does not pick it up. I get

? etc.

I would like to know if anyone knows of a parser that works (in PHP) like magpie, Domit etc. to parse RSS feeds.

Main Question= Do you know of any PHP RSS parsers that handle Chinese?
