I am pretty pumped about this one. I think of all the people that have influenced my marketing, Cialdini (pronounced CHILL-dini) has done the most positive things. The research he has done is awesome. So many modern marketers have quoted him in their followup works.

Completely agree. He has some really terrific ideas on persuasion, backed by solid research.

Unfortunately, I won't be at PubCon to hear him speak.
But someone once told me that Cialdini was a master at his craft and when I read "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion," I became a true believer in his research.
