Create a Secret Board You can create up to 3 secret boards.
Only you and people you invite can see the board.

When you add a pin to a secret board, it won’t show up anywhere else on Pinterest—the only place you can see it is on your secret board.

Note that they also update their privacy policy too which is probably worth a look.

If we add a pin to secret board, then we and our invited members can only view that pin right? Will that pin crawl by Search Engines?

So you invite 1,000,000 people to your secret board and outsiders cannot detect the infringement. Splendid.
