if you have problem installing the php_curl.dll on a windows 64 Bit Machine. Copy the libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll from the 'DLLs' folder to windows/SysWOW64 Folder.

You should also be able to simply add the PHP binary (executable) directory to your path.
