how to resize animated gif

Hello,
I have asked this question on several places, but still i dont have proper answer :( I want to resize animated gif GD library does not support gif resize since ver 2.0.. some people suggested image magick can do this job.. i installed and configured it on my server.. although image magick resizes gif but it has two problems, 1) resized gif lose frames, quality, and also some times it does not work 2) takes 30 secs or longer than this to resize single gif.. its okay if it takes 1 min but it should resize image properly.. can anyone suggest me what to do in this condition?

I badly need help!

I suggest to make it smiple: <img width="##" height="##">

I found a really good one the other day here

[phpclasses.org...]

it works for resizing .jpg and .gif, and was really easy to use / modify.

Cant see why it would be any different for anim gif's
