Perl/CGI script for mailing text message in Linux/Unix server

I am looking for a perl/CGI script that allows me to send e-mail messages through a browser without the normal constraints of an e-mail client. For text format and no account setup required for sending mail.

But I don't answer questions about setting up the script or any other questions related to using it or getting it to run.
