Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
bla bla ../contact.htm

History:
I added a new domain to my hosted site. The form in my first site works fine.

I tried to use the code in a very similar form at the domain and it fails with the message ...

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: bla bla .../contact.htm"

I checked out MS Knowledge base first but I'm really a novice at this and it's out of my depth. Can anyone explain what I should do?
