New vulnerability found in iOS apps using wi-fi

The vulnerability allows attackers to persistently alter the server URL from which a mobile app loads its data, so that instead of loading data from realserver.com, for instance, the attack makes the app load data from attacker.com, without the victim knowing.

Loading all these different Apps from different makers just not good sense. Every were I turn I see a company with their app. Your business if you load this on your phone but...

Thanks for the heads up travelin cat I have been warning my family about all the crap they load on their phones maybe this will allow them to see they need to be removed.
