How to share Internet through USB Using Microsoft Activesync

Hi I am trying to share internet through Microsoft activesync, but couldn't get through.

I have a O2 Atom PDA, PC with Windows 2003 Server installed Microsoft Activesync 4.2.

Please help in knowing how to share internet throught this.
