Is Hotmail anti Opera, or what?

I like Opera, usually.....

Every once in a while, Hotmail changes it's login interface and it's a bitch to use the 'insert note' facility within Opera.
What's the deal?

My Hotmail accounts are some 10 - 15 years old, why do they make it so annoying to use Opera. Or is it just me?

Having to wait until all of their propaganda has loaded until I can go anywhere is also quite annoying! When the page opens I start clicking (OK, I'm a little impatient) so what!

I will not, in the near future change from Opera. Tried Googie's thing and the Firef*x, etc, not my thing.

Anyone else get irked by Hotmail interface? Or is it just me?

I hadn't tried Outlook.com with Opera yet, but you inspired me. They bumped me to a mobile view even though I'm on a PC. That's a bit of a FAIL in my book.
