Stats on Webmaster Tools not Updating

Since February 12th, the stats on the webmaster tools dashboard are not updating.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I did read this on Google search's AI Overview, but I'm not sure how much I can trust this.

Is this a Google or a Bing dashboard that is not updating? Or both?

It was actually just Bing. They deindexed a site of mine because I did modification to show more affiliate links (I was trying to make up for the Adsense revenue loss), but they considered that link spam.

All is good now, but it will take a while to get the whole site indexed again.
