Why do Bing updates take so long?

We moved offices in October 2021 so I told Bing Places For Business. We'll send you a PIN in the post. That never arrived. Did it twice. Then I just sync'd with Google My Business as it kept mentioning it and it said that would also eliminate the verification thing. No need for verification then... and indeed the popup is gone from MPFB. But if I search our company on Bing it still shows the old address, and about 3 days ago I updated our opening hours for Christmas/New Year and it STILL hasn't gone live on the Bing results thing. Is there one person updating things manually for the whole of the world? haha
I update stuff on GMB and it's live (if not immediately) within a few hours.

Guess I should clarify - we moved to another address. That's all. Nice and easy for BING I would have thought...

Just thought a simple update would happen. Silly me!

I will get in touch with them then but not now. Now is still pigging out on sausage rolls & beer time :) I'll do it when the will starts to flow out of me again in the new year haha. Honestly though, why can't it just work? FFS it's only an address change / opening hours etc... It still shows us as 'open' today even though I told it we were closed. Google is fine. As I said, it's like there's a bod doing it manually and they've got a billion updates to do / put live haha
