I see a complete and utter mess for most terms in Bing today.. Lots of junk subdomains and URLs with keywords dominating everything.

Must be a glitch

yep, I'd agree. Plus I just searched for one my terms and response was " Bing could not find any sites!" ...yep they have a problem right now

There have been changes that stuck, they maybe adjusting their serps. I am still getting more and more quality traffic from Bing.
